I had lots of questions beforehand and David contacted me right away and stayed in touch to make sure all of my questions were answered! His response time was fast! At the dealership, we worked mainly with Justin view the vehicle we were interested in and to go over all the details. He was patient and very friendly! We even had some time where we had to wait for a little while and during that time, Justin made sure we were comfortable and offered us drinks. He was courteous, knowledgeable, friendly and very patient. I went to the dealership 3 times, test driving each time, until I bought my car. Wil and I got to spend a lot of time together driving around and it was a blast. I spent a few months researching compact commuter cars. I went to several other local dealers and hands down, Mazda of Bel Air was the best! Buying a car is long process and I have to say it was actually a pleasure at Heritage Mazda. Ryan Lueckert in financing was also fantastic. He explained all the financing aspects in great detail, he was courteous, friendly and low pressure. Positive Purchase Experience A Heritage Mazda Bel Air technician referred me to Ken Arment, Master Certified Sales. He couldn’t have referred a better salesman. Ken had vehicle ready for test drive when I arrived at dealership. Test drive was on various road surfaces and at various speed limits. After test drive, Ken went over the vehicle’s interior, exterior and engine compartment. I was very pleased with the trade-in offer especially after Ken explained the trade-in value would be deducted from the purchase price before taxes. This saved me several hundred dollars in MD state sales tax. I realized over $600 more with trade-in value and sales tax savings than a CarMax offer. Ken was interested in meeting my needs. He made me feel important as a person, not just as $$$$s in commission. This was very important to me. I value treatment as a customer more than saving a few dollars. Ken was instrumental in Heritage Mazda Bel Air’s delaying delivery of my CX-5 until after a March 13-14 snow storm when the streets were clear and the weather warmed. Ken and I took a test drive before I took delivery. Ken did a show and tell of the instrument panel and vehicle’s climate, GPS, radio operations and other features. He set several radio stations and ensured I could set them myself. I will highly recommend Heritage Mazda Bel Air. Especially Ken. He’s an asset to Mazda Bel Air. I took delivery of my new CX-5 Friday. The following Monday morning the tire sensor light came on. There was a nail/screw in passenger side rear tire. I texted Ken although he was off to learn if the dealership repairs tires. He advised, yes. I brought my CX-5 to the Bal Air Mazda service dept. that same morning. The tire was repaired expeditiously. There was no pressure to purchase, or this offer is for "today only." John Holliday, General Sales Manager said the purchase price was good until the end of the month. Gary Cramer, General Manager and the dealership staff's goals were to meet my needs and make me feel important as a person, not just walking $$$$. I will highly recommend Heritage Mazda Bel Air. Especially Ken. Ken, John Holliday, Ryan Lueckert, Business Manager and Gary Cramer excelled in my purchasing a CX-5. Also, Aric Miller in Parts was equally pleasant when I purchased a cargo liner after taking delivery. It was pleasant dealing with Heritage Mazda Bel Air. Overall my experiences with its sales, management, parts, and service staffs have been highly satisfying. The Heritage Mazda Bel Air staff earned an A+. More

I met Mr. Wells first, who was extremely professional from day 1, through the week-long process of deciding to lease a Mazda CX-5. Mr. Wells was responsive, attentive, patient, and kind - a true pleasure to work with. I also interacted with Gary Kramer, John Holliday, Dave Wilson, Devon Giddings, and Garrett Evans, all of whom were also professional and patient. I found out why they have such high review ratings and will definitely recommend them to friends and family. They have the right mix of employees who don't pressure customers, but are willing to go the extra mile to help, all while conveying respectfulness, professionalism, and helpfulness.
