Outstanding car buying experience!!! I had not purchased a new car in many years, and my last experience was less than pleasant. My Heritage Mazda of Bel Air experience was outstanding from beginning to end. From the friendly and courteous staff when I walked in the door to my sales associate John Demartino. Ah John. John was amazing. I couldn't have asked for a better sales person. He was extremely knowledgeable,, very personable and made the whole new car buying experience pleasurable. You read that right, a pleasure. I can't say enough good things about John. Heritage, if you're reading this, you have a gem with John, truly. Finally, if you're in the market for a new car, I most highly recommend Heritage Mazda of Bel Air and John Demartino in particular.
