I KNOW ITS USED BUT ONLY 2 YRS OLD AND STUFF THAT COULD GET WORSE. AT FIRST IT WAS ALL GOOD THERE AFTER OVER A MONTH GOT A CAR AND SEEMED GOOD. AFTER I BOUGHT THE CAR IT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE SET UP TO H GET WORSE. AT FIRST IT WAS ALL GOOD THERE AFTER OVER A MONTH GOT A CAR AND SEEMED GOOD. AFTER I BOUGHT THE CAR IT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE SET UP TO HAVE AREAS OF PAINT TOUCH UP THE FEW ON THE HOOD HAD RUST ON THEM AND A COUPLE SIMPLE THINGS AND MAKE MY 2ND KEY. I WENT IN ON THE DAY THUR I WAS TOLD & THE GUY WASN'T THERE. I WAS TOLD CALL THE NEXT DAY FRI TALK TO OMID THE GUY I TALKED TO AND LEFT MESSAGE FOR OMID TO CALL ME BC SERVICE SAID HE HAS TO COME TO THEM TO LET THEM KNOW. THE GUY SAID TODAY IS NOT A GOOD DAY FOR THE TOUCHUPS. HERBERT CALLED BACK LIKE OMID WAS AVOIDING ME AND HERBERT KNEW NOTHING ABOUT IT, SAID HE HAS A MEETING AND HUNG UP WHILE I WAS TALKING. HE CALLED ME BEFORE THE SALE WENT THROUGH AND WAS TALKING TO PPL WHILE I WAS ONTHE PHONE. HE HASN'T REALLY KNOWN MUCH ABOUT ANY OF MY DEAL, I DEALT WITH OMID. BEFORE I TOOK THE CAR THEY SAID IT WAS CLEANED AND IT WASN'T THEY SHINED THE TIRES ONLY. HAD TO FOLLOW HERBERT TO GET THEM TO PUT GAS IN IT TOO. IT WAS BUSY AND THE SALE WAS RUSHED SO THEN AFTER I LEFT I NOTICED A RIP IN THE INSIDE OF THE PASSENGER DOOR ON THE LEATHER AND 2 LARGE CRACKS OF THE PAINT OR WHATEVER ITS MADE OF ON THE BACK RIM AND 1 PART LOOKS MELTED, I HAVE PICS THE TIRE WAS NOT HIT AGAINST. ALSO ALL AROUND THE RIMS IS PEELING SOMETHING SO IDK IF ITS A WRAP OR WHAT. SO NOW THEIR ACTING LIKE THE MINOR THINGS THEY AREN'T TRYING TO FIX. THAT SHOULD OF BEEN DONE BEFORE SELLING IT. More
I have been associated with Mazda and this dealership since 2012 from the days they were in Owings Mills MD, only reason I kept going here WAS the friendly service department. Then comes the last few yea since 2012 from the days they were in Owings Mills MD, only reason I kept going here WAS the friendly service department. Then comes the last few years with the new service manager Farzad Aleem, the most disturbing person I have ever met. He doesn’t respect customers time and money and takes ppl for granted. He is always rude and not at all pleasant to talk to. He has left a bad taste with his attitude and service every time in the last 2-3 years, but I still kept going there coz of my run with Mazda of owning this car for 13 years and 227000 miles on it… He always asks for full 5 star rating on the service review but with my last experience I gave them a very low rating. Today May 25th 2023 I went in for my service and I was denied service coz I gave them a low rating 6 months ago. I walked out without any argument with him and he still had the guts to wave me off. That’s a kind of a person Aleem is… I am actually surprised that after so many bad reviews he still works there thus spoiling the reputation of the Catonsville location. Let’s see how this review gets treated. More
