Yesterday I walked into the dealership just to test drive a car. Well, I ended up leaving with a 2019 Ford Explorer Sport. Both Gregg and Doug were amazing. I called to schedule an appointment to see a used car at this dealership to ensure that the vehicle would be there. The salesman confirmed that the vehicle was there and verified with his manager. I texted the salesman to make him aware of our arrival time. When we arrived at the dealer, many of the salespeople were not wearing masks or not wearing them properly, which is unacceptable during the pandemic. Then, the salesman acted like he had no idea who I was and denied receiving the text message, stating he was with customers. Meanwhile, his phone was sitting with him at his desk. He went in search of the keys for the vehicle, leaving for 10-15 minutes, which should have already been done and the vehicle should have been gased and ready to go upon our arrival. He was unable to find them and said that the vehicle had been sold. We told him this was unacceptable, given that we had made an appointment and verified that the vehicle was on site and asked to speak to his manager. The manager took at least 10 minutes to come over to us, never introduced himself, but only made excuses. He claimed the vehicle had not been sold and was onsite, but that they couldn't locate the keys. Complete BS given that my husband had walked the lot and the vehicle was not there. He asked us to give them some more time. Fat chance. We were livid, since we had driven 1.5 hours to get there, had made an appointment, had wasted 40-50 minutes of our time in the building, received extremely poor customer service from both the salesman and manager, and there was a disregard to the pandemic. I would never return here and would never consider giving them a penny of our hard earned money. The icing on the cake is now they keep calling me to tell me about their special financing. How dare you. Never again. More

I traded in my car and purchased a 2020 Honda Insight from Heritage Honda of Westminster in June. Prior to and at purchase I had a good experience. I thought everything was good (its been 4 months), until recently when I received a notice from a tow yard in Baltimore. They picked up my old car abandoned in Baltimore City and have it impounded. The dealership sold my old car without transferring the title (title jumping). I have called the dealership several times and have not received a call back. I sent 2 emails to just about everyone I dealt with during my June transactions and have received no response. I contacted the tow yard and provided them a copy of the signed title to show I no longer own it, but I am still receiving notices from the tow yard. The last notice indicates I have 10 days to pay the tow fee and the daily storage fees and get the car or they will turn this into collection and it will impact my credit. I traded the car into the dealership instead of private sale to avoid the hassle and potential liability of just this scenario (you hear horror stories). I never thought a licensed dealership would put their customers through this and the financial hardship. I now need to contact an attorney to protect my credit. More
