Heritage Honda Westminster

Nothing but frustrating things to say about my experience with Heritage Honda of Westminster. From the get-go, they advertised a misleading price on a new vehicle and left out a number of mandatory fees. Whe with Heritage Honda of Westminster. When I finally managed to get a firm quote on the out-the-door cost of the vehicle, all fees included, I told the sales associate that I wanted to move forward with the purchase of the vehicle. They directed me to the financing application, which I promptly completed and answered all associated questions with quick turnaround. They ran my credit, which I saw as a hard inquiry on my own credit monitoring, and then proceeded to ignore any communication on my end to receive a financing offer. When I did manage to have any communication with them, the sales associate continually put me off, telling me that, "The dealership is very busy today, but I should have an offer for you in a few hours," and then never following up. I am extremely dissatisfied with this poor customer service, not to mention the nerve to run my credit without ever actually providing a financing offer. More

I would like to highly recommend Jared Wright as a salesman, for his assistance in the purchase of my pre-certified 2018 Honda CRV.
