My experience with this dealership was terrible. I had my brakes and rotors replaced in November 2024. I noticed a noise when I would brake, but it wasn’t consistent. I had to return to the service I had my brakes and rotors replaced in November 2024. I noticed a noise when I would brake, but it wasn’t consistent. I had to return to the service department 4 times before the proper diagnosis was given which was resurfacing of the rotors. I had to follow up multiple times to get updates. With all the time and money I’ve spent, I won’t be returning to this dealership. More

My wife and I worked with Sales Associate, Eyo. He let us test drive a new Honda Pilot, which is a great vehicle for the price. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle, and able to clearly expl He let us test drive a new Honda Pilot, which is a great vehicle for the price. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle, and able to clearly explain the differences between the various trims. We ended up this week putting a deposit on a Lexus TX 500h that is supposed to come in next month instead, but if we had not decided to spend the extra over $20K for the Lexus, we definitely would have bought the Black Edition Pilot from Eyo. If anyone else is looking to purchase a Honda, I definitely recommend visiting Heritage Honda in Westminster, and working with Eyo. More
