I purchased my 2021 Honda Ridgeline from them very recently and was very happy with my experience. Great people, fair deal and great truck! My whole experience was phenomenal! Jared and Elijah really made the whole experience stress free and fun! I never thought I'd be able to say that buying a vehicle would actually be an enjoyable experie really made the whole experience stress free and fun! This was my daughter first time purchasing a financed car and didn't want payments over $300,( it wasn't mine so I asked questions) with a credit score of 730. The car chosen was listed as 16K so we put 8k down with $300 trade in with taxes and tags we expected to finance no more than 10K. Warranties were PRESENTED as if they came with the car all the paper work was presented on a desk top computer and put on a flash drive, in which it was late so we didn't get to look over all of the fine print until the next day. Well let me tell you the surprise when we looked and found out that the whole 8k was put on warranties and NOTHING towards the principle of the car. which meant they were trying to finance 17K. upon calling back we initially got the run around and said they could cancel all the warranties except for one which cost 1,100 and that was some type of coating that they put on the car. Which we didn't ask for. Again these warranties were presented as coming with the purchase of the car and not bought (cash) warranties. I spoke to Jared and Keith who gave me an excuse of miscommunication. When I asked them who puts 8k on warranties I got all of these excuses and was told that they would compensate for the inconvenience. As of yet nothing has been said or not even a curiosity call to see how everything has gone. This is only a short version of the situation. So I can't even begin to say this was one of those time when I will say never let them put it on a flash drive without looking at the hard paper, Needless to say we are still waiting for a follow up phone call that they PROMISED and this has been since May. This is the second vehicle I have purchased from Heritage Honda; I had a good but not great experience on the first purchase and something less than that on my second purchase. In this case, I called the dealer to determine if the CRV I wanted was still on the lot and the answer was affirmative. We traveled the 25 miles to Westminster, looked at the car, decided we wanted it, and were ready to place a deposit upon it to hold it for less than 24 hours so that we could get cash moved around and place into my checking account to pay cash for the car. After a near hour delay, when we did know what was transpiring in those away-from-the-customer meetings, we asked the salesman what was going on. He had understood that we were buying the car THAT day. We had never told him that but we had believed that this car buying experience would be similar to the other purchase: look at the car, decide to buy, put down a deposit, go home, move money around, and go back the next day for payment and paperwork. Not only did the manager tell us "we don't do that anymore" but he didn't even promise to keep the car for us if someone else came in and bought it. So, more than an hour wait, complete miscommunication as to our understanding of the process, and no promise to keep the car for just another 18 hours. To add to the issue, after we had purchased the car and were ready to drive away, I asked for the second key. After a half hour of looking, no key was found and we were told that this car must have been traded with only one key. When I inquired about having a second key made and splitting the $200 cost, I never received a call back. I understand that ACE Hardware can make a replacement key for me so that store will get my business at half the dealer cost. Bottom line: we got a great car that seems to be in exceptionally good condition with acceptable mileage for its age. I guess in today's used car sales, the price to pay for a good used car is a few thousand more and a lot less customer appreciation and good will. More

The salesperson helping me on this was Mark Fishmen. He was just too good and was always helping and guiding me along the process. He actually went way beyond to make the deal happen. I did go to other dealerships, they all jacked up the prices after calling me to the dealership saying that they cannot give the outdoor price through phone or email, but mark didn’t do any of that. He did give me a price and stuck on with it. I went to the dealership almost at the closing time and then was not able to catch a cab since the cab service is not that great at that period of time. The manager Robert personally dropped me to my house. [ really a cool guy] Chole did an amazing job too, completely professional and a wonderful person. Not only that, other members of the staff were also friendly always asking if I needed anything to drink like water or soda. They asked me and my friend, if I wanted anything and were up to the point of a good service. Even if the dealership chooses to up the prices of the car in the future to stay afloat with the market demand…the least I can say to this dealership is that they will be honest about it and will respect the customer and will not waste your valuable time. To all the software professionals (IT department), I would personally recommend this dealership for purchasing cars. All the best to the people working at this dealership. More
