I was first contacted by Ernie Kosmakos and was impressed from the first contact where he made a video just for me to take a look at the cars in the lot, then John (Manager) promised me an awesome price which made me drive over 2 hrs to get their dealership and although I had my doubts if the final out-the-door price would change, but they were people of their word and made sure I got the price they promised. I then dealt with the very friendly and energetic Honor Linger who got me through the entire process and even got the car settings fully customized the way I would like it. I finally worked with Warren Tsang who got me an excellent APR on the loan from BofA and went over all the different options and which one's might be useful for me and which one's not. I loved the entire car buying experience and strongly recommend them. More
