I wasn’t sure if I was having an issue with my car that was repairable and I needed to know prior to my warranty running out (which was very soon). Malcolm was very friendly snd professional. We found that there was nothing wrong with the car ( which was a great relief). My car has a lot of bells and whistles on it. Malcolm taught me what was the issue and he was able to go into settings and do an adjustment and he also taught me how to correct another problem I was having with charging my phone.
