Heritage Honda Westminster

All I wanted was a 5-speed Honda Element. I started my search in Virginia (where I live) and it finally ended with Joe Ski and the Mileone Heritage Honda dealership in Westminster, Maryland. All the oth search in Virginia (where I live) and it finally ended with Joe Ski and the Mileone Heritage Honda dealership in Westminster, Maryland. All the other dealers told me what they had and tried to push those on me as "the closest you'll find" to what I wanted. Joe Ski started by asking me what I wanted. When I asked what he had, he said he would find me what I wanted and that would be on the lot when I got there. Now, all the other dealers showed me printout after printout saying that there were no 5-speed manual Elements on the east coast, except the orange one they happened to have on their lot. 5 minutes after Joe and I had hung up, he had found the exact car I wanted. Joe is one of those genuine human beings who looks out for people. He took care of all my needs and all the stress of working this deal out. If Joe wasn't available, his team never just sent me to voice-mail, but answered any question I had. Once I was at the dealership (a drive of over 100 miles and very much worth it) Joe was wonderful with my family, cheerful and friendly. Not only was there no pressure, you almost wanted it to take longer because Joe is such a great host! After dealing with Joe for the car, I dealt with Josh for the financing. Josh took the time to explain everything to me and my family, even going over sections of the paperwork 2 or 3 times. Then, when everything was done and Josh and I were just talking (they're friendly like that) he realized that with my driving habits there was a less expensive warranty than the one I had already signed up for! He rewrote the paperwork to save me money. From the can-do, customer oriented and motivated attitude to the care and consideration in their showroom, I can't say enough good things about Joe Ski, Josh Rogers, and the mileone Heritage Honda team. I would recommend anyone looking for a Honda go to their website if you're far out (like me) or to the showroom if you live close. Either way, they will take care of you and get you the car you want, which is what a dealer should do but most simply do not. Best dealer ever. More

I called Heritage Honda with a very specific inquiry- I wanted a leftover '08 Honda Odyssey EXL w/ silver pearl exterior. I gladly traveled 3+ hours to purchase from Steve because I got the vehicle I wanted, at a fair price and with exceptional service. When I thanked Steve, he acknowledged the combined effort of his team and described the process as usual business. Regardless, I appreciated Steve’s efforts- they were extraordinary in my book. What may be routine business for the team at Heritage, was significant in restoring normalcy for my wife and toddler children. Saleman got me exactly what I wanted. He was friendly and very low pressure. My car died in early Oct and I really wanted a Honda Fit. The only thing I think they need to work on is updating their computer software for the final steps of making a sale... The program that is being used is primitive and was having issues for over two hours while I was waiting to sign for it and take my keys AFTER the sale was decided. Not relative to Adams service at all. But no one is perfect and I know the user interfaces are not cheap! I will be a return customer! More
