When I decided to purchase a new Honda Odyssey I went to the Honda web site, selected my model and options and before I asked for a quote I went to this web site to see what others thought about Mile One He the Honda web site, selected my model and options and before I asked for a quote I went to this web site to see what others thought about Mile One Heritage Honda of Westminster, MD. After reading the reviews I selected that dealership to receive a on-line quote from. I was contacted by the sales person, Joe "Ski" who provided me with a out-the-door bottom line price - just what I was looking for. The price was right so I went in and met Joe in person. He evaluated my 2001 Odyssey and gave me a very, very fair price on a trade-in. That vehicle had 176K+ miles on it and it was still in excellent condition - another reason to purchase another Honda Odyssey. They did not have the color in stock that I wanted but found one close by in PA. Joe told me that he would have it the next day, Friday, and that I could pick it up on Saturday. As promised, it was ready Saturday morning with everything I asked for at the price originally promised. Buying a car today is a different buying experience than in my father's day thanks to the Internet. Mile One and Joe have both realized the power of the Internet and the rewards of being both friendly and honets. I look forward to a long relationship with this dealership as my Odyssey and I grow older together. More
It was truly a great experiance dealing with the folks at Heritage. I had a few exceptional requests for Joe and he handeled everyone of them with no issues. Next, I am moving to the Boston area in less than 30 days, so I needed to have the car titled in MA, Done... not an Issue... Financing was great at 3.9% and all went well.. Joe is a great guy and if he says he is there for you and will make it easy..... he held true to his word. Good Job Joe! More

I recently purchased a 2008 Honda Accord. When I go there for service everyone is very happy and helpfull. I always need to wait for my car since I use it for work. They set me up with a desk and phone to use so I can keep working while I wait. helpfull. I always need to wait for my car since I use it for work. They go to great lengths to make sure you know what was done and why. Even on oil changes they look it over for safety and explain what they find. More
I have had my Odyssey for over 2 years and I love the vehicle. The service here just makes it better. Everyone is so helpful. I have kids who have abused this van and no one is judgemental, they seem vehicle. The service here just makes it better. Everyone is so helpful.
