Honor was a pleasure to work with and was very supportive. She was professional and very timely in her responses to our inquiries. I have no issues with recommending her or Heritage Honda to oth supportive. She was professional and very timely in her responses to our inquiries. I have no issues with recommending her or Heritage Honda to others if they are looking. The only negative part of our experience was unrelated to Honor but to the closing with finance. The finance rep was courteous and polite but the unnecessary sales tactics to pressure us into warranties etc was a bit too much More

I was working with Steve Lord in parts. I had a Loyalty Card and he gave me excellent service in choosing ways to use my $250. He took time to go on line to get the best products!
