Rob Mason is different from any salesman I have ever dealt with. He listens to what you are looking for. He also hears you when you have mixed feelings toward 2 vehicles. He then tries to get you in the different vehicles to try and make your decision easier. Rob Mason has never put pressure on us to make a purchase before we leave. Rob and heritage works with you to get your payment where you need it. The one main thing I have experienced with Rob, is that he wants you to be happy with your purchase so you want to come back. We do our homework on vehicles and drive other manufacturers, but Honda is becomming the vehicle of my choice. My family has made our last 2 purchases with Rob Mason at Heritage Honda. More
Many thanks to Heritage Honda Team for once again coming through in a big way. This is the 3rd vehicle we have purchased in the last 1 1/2 years. The first two vehicles were a 2008 Civic and 2008 Honda through in a big way. This is the 3rd vehicle we have purchased in the last 1 1/2 years. The first two vehicles were a 2008 Civic and 2008 Honda Accord EX. This, our 3rd vehicle, was a used 2006 Lincoln Navigator The clean up & touch up of the vehicle both inside and outside was terrific. I continue to be impressed with the "across the board customer service" that we receive at Heritage of Westminster. The keys to their success are the courtesy and the value they provide. They listened to our needs and not only satisfy them, but go one step beyond and exceed our expectations. Honda should use it a "model" for other dealerships. Joe Ski is the only person you want to deal with if you are thinking about purchasing a vehicle. This guy will go out of his way for you BEFORE, DURING, and most importantly -- AFTER the sale including he are thinking about purchasing a vehicle. I like dealing with Joe because he is friendly, down to earth, no bull and a hard worker. Joe regularly sends email updates and newsletters, Christmas cards... and you are glad to get them because unlike most car dealers Joe appreciates your business and he knows his business in and out. That's one of the things that makes Joe so special -- he remembers all of his customers even though he has a large customer base he has built over the years. I drove past 2 Honda dealerships closer to my house and work to specifically deal with Joe at Heritage. Go do business with Joe -- you'll have a great experience and you will end up making a friend. I went through Edmunds.com to get dealer quotes and after a week and a half the only one that did not give one was Joe. I was trying to get quotes on Civics and Corollas. I called and emailed and nothing. When he did respond, very vague information but nothing to make me want to go. I thought the idea of getting dealer quotes were to get quotes, not to be BS along. If I could report him I would. Why do they belong to Dealer Rater when they never give one. I only live a two miles away, but that is one dealership I will not deal with. More

Going thru the web site, I inquired about a 2008 Ri pleasantly surprised with Joe (call me Ski) Lonczynski of Mile One Heritage Honda of Westminster. Going thru the web site, I inquired about a 2008 Ridgeline Truck. Joe sent me an e-mail and "asked" if it was alright to call me. Asked!! Have you ever heard of such a thing? I visited the dealership and took a long test drive and I loved the truck. I wanted a particular color which wasn't available locally but Joe found one in Pa. and personally went and picked it up. He also located an accessory I wanted and picked that up. From the 1st e-mail to the no haggle great price to driving it off the lot, Joe made the entire process a piece of cake. After receiving several on-line quotes from different dealers, Joe'e email simply told me that he wanted the car buying process to be fun and easy. He definitely delivered. I called several dealers and asked for a specific 2009 Pilot. One dealer never called back and two told me that they didn't have one Once I called Joe, he got the specifics and called me back in 10 minutes with the car I wanted. I had already test-driven the Pilot,so I was ready to buy. He called me back with a price-which was great. I also traded in another Honda I got a great price and a great deal. I never felt pressured or felt pressure or had to haggle. Joe felt like an old friend when the deal was done. I would definitely buy another car from him and would recommend him and this dealer to anyone else. He also set up a time with me after the deal to go over all of the features in the new Pilot. Joe "Ski" Lonczynski: Joe "Ski" is not your typical car salesman. I was extremely skeptical about his online reviews. However, my experience with Joe on the 2008 Honda Pilot that I bought from him in Octob salesman. I was extremely skeptical about his online reviews. However, my experience with Joe on the 2008 Honda Pilot that I bought from him in October 2008 was just as others have described. I worked with Joe over several weeks via e-mail. He kept his word throughout the whole process, and offered absolutely no surprises when I traveled about 45 miles from home to buy from him. For some reason, Joe prefers to treat his customers with honesty and integrity. I refuse to spend hours in a dealers’ showroom playing games with the sales staff. I spent no more than one hour and a half in the dealership with Joe completing the deal/paperwork having already negotiated my deal with him beforehand. (That includes one trip to test drive the Pilot and the second one to complete the remaining paperwork.) Of course, the business managed explained all the expensive add-ons and extended warranty that was available. I politely, but firmly declined and left with my previously negotiated offer with Joe. Since Joe does not work on commission as he told me, but rather earns his salary on units sold, his best interests and yours do not conflict.
