I contacted Adam Barnes at Heritage of Westminster about a used 2008 KIA Seronto that they had on the internet, the vehicle only had 13,800 miles on it. I had been to a couple of different locations looking for a KIA and had not been able to get an affordable deal on a vehicle. Adam contacted me by phone after my inquiry and asked me exactly what I was looking for and how much I wanted to spend a month. He did everything he could to make sure we were ready to deal before I even met him in person. He got me the vehicle I had inquired about, and had the finances worked out and the paperwork done before we even set eyes on the vehicle. We drove it, loved it, and signed the paperwork. We were surprised that we even qualified for the vehicle because our credit is less than good. Thanks Adam and Heritage of Westminster. Oh and the best part, they realized that our financial situation is still in the critical care wing, so in order to make sure that we could have our vehicle fixed if something happened to it, they got us an extended warranty up to 5 years and 100,000 miles that covers everything on the vehicle and includes gap protection. It was already in the financing. Some might see that as a sales tactic, but, I see it as looking out for us. More

From the time that I arrived, I was not greeted and walked around the parking lot for a while. I walked into the showroom and I had to ASK someone for help. The salesman said that he would have to call me later with an amount. I was never contacted and had to contact the salesman AND the MANAGER several times, along with several trips to the dealership to try and get in contact with them. When I brought my possible 2nd trade in to them, they had ME go get the mileage and VIN, when they could have gotten that information when they test drove or looked at the car. The sales personnel were not really friendly, energetic or possess a comfortable atmosphere. They didn't go out of the way to help me with my car buying experience the way that most places dealerships do. More

Instead, Rob helped me in locating the car and the minute Heritage found one, they notified me immediately. I went the next day to test drive and purchase the vehicle. Joe then sent a message that promised it was going to be a terrific time if we'd give him a chance. We knew from these reviews that he is highly regarded by customers. With that kind of build-up, it was very interesting to personally experience this genuine respect, courtesy, and integrity from Joe. He had the car we were looking for, and didn't pressure us in any way. With great sincerity and warm humor from his rich life experiences, he allowed us to guide the discussion as we explored the option of purchasing a terrific car. The next day when we went back to the dealership to pick up our car, Joe lingered with us to go that extra mile in describing some of the steering wheel controls that are nice to have. He really wanted us to be happy with the car after the sale. We completely agree with others who have rated Joe so well. If you have no interest in being insulted and deceived by phony car salesmen, and want to meet someone you'd be proud to call a friend, keep Joe in mind at this dealership. He's exceptional.
