The 2011s were getting ready to come out and so the 2010s were no longer being looking for a great price on a Civic sudan EX-L at the end of August. The 2011s were getting ready to come out and so the 2010s were no longer being made. Mike and Robert worked very hard in locating me an EX-L in the color that I wanted. I know that it was not easy for them to get the trade, but they made it happen. They were great at following up and keeping me in the loop! They also kept the paperwork very short and simple. I was in and out of the Honda dealership within an hour and a half and had my new car. I will definitely be going back to this dealership in the future! More

Joe Ski is DA MAN!!! He is very friendly, personable, and thourogh. I felt comfortable dealing with him, there was no pressure to upsell add-ons and in fact I had to initiate the conversation about add- and thourogh. Joe worked hard to beat the rate offered by my credit union which was pretty good, but he did it. He also took the time to shop my add-ons to get me the BEST price and to have these installed. The whole time, I felt Joe had my best interest at heart. Heritage Honda is a great dealership. I am a member of USAA and used their car buying program to get this vehicle. The savings using this program was significant, yet Heritage Honda had no issue honoring the deal. I highly recommend other members bring their USAA certificates to Heritage Honda to purchase your vehicle. They will treat you right. Financing manager Michael Rohrbaugh took his time with the financing papers and explained clearly all items and their impact on the final price AND impact to motnthly payment. He was patient while I confirmed insurance options from multiple sources before completing the paperwork. More

The process of purchasing a vehicle at an unfamiliar dealership is my least favorite thing to do. After reviewing an unsatisfying price at another dealer in Pennsylvania where I live, I decided to visit Heritage. What a difference!! With a comfortable, low key, and down to earth staff this was such a different experience, I was so relieved. I really appreciated the extra effort they put behind my purchase to get my car prepared and the sale completed. The management and owner should ensure they retain the quality staff they have. Do not take them for granted. Top Notch. More
I visited a few dealerships, and I'm very glad I went with Heritage. I started with a request for price quotes through an online service, and Heritage was one of the several area dealers to respond. Their first price was very good compared to other dealers, and based on my research (on Edmunds and other sites) I could tell it was very good by national standards. I stopped in without an appointment and first dealt with Chuck Hanna. No pressure, confirmed the price, and gave me good information about the vehicle I was interested in and comparable used ones. When I next stopped in, Chuck wasn't there so I dealt with Joe Ski. Also no pressure, let me drive the car alone (I prefer not to have a salesman talking to me while I test drive), and was very informative. Joe promised to take care of me, and he did, from my early inquiries straight through to handing over the keys and teaching me all about my new car. Especially when I made an offer Joe bent over backwards to accommodate me. The dealership gave me a fair value for my trade-in. (You can always get more selling yourself, but I didn't have the time to trouble with that, and I knew from my research that they their offer was reasonable for a dealer trade valuation.) At closing, the finance guy was able to beat the already very low interest rate I had been approved for. I should have come with better research on extended warranties before closing, but even after closing, when I learned more about my options, I articulated my needs and manager Michael Rohrbaugh promptly and generously responded. Not every dealership would offer such attention and service. These folks know that it is always good business to serve the customer with honesty, fairness, and integrity. I would recommend them to anyone seeking an excellent deal, a smooth car-buying experience, and the confidence of working with people of good character. Thanks Heritage! More
