My overall experience with the dealer and its employees was great. The only thing I would suggest done differently by the dealer, is that they had fixed the damage to the back tail light of the car prior was great. While I noticed this, and asked how much the cost to prepare it, I should have insisted that it was fixed prior to purchasing the car. Friendly staff. Communicative and responsive. Adam took the time to have the vehicle ready and waiting out front so when I arrived we could take it for a test ride. When we pulled back into the dealership a warning light went off, which concerned both of us. When we got back to his desk, his phone had a text from his boss saying the part to remedy the problem was in and they would take it into the service bay now. I wish they would have been up front about the issue if they knew there was one. However, they did resolve it to my satisfaction. I'd recommend these guys. More

Chuck Hannah, Pete, Steve, and Mike were all extremely helpful and Heritage Honda fully honored the internet quote that provided to me shortly after my price request submission via their website. There were no hidden prices or fees and most importantly, not a bit of price haggling when I arrived to sign all of the purchasing paperwork. To boot, I received Honda Motor's 1.9% APR, which in this time of unsettled lending environment, sealed the deal. Moving forward, I will definitely use Heritage Honda as my go-to Honda Dealer in Central Maryland for additional new car purchases. If their maintenance service is even close to the same quality as their sales service, they'll have me as a customer for many years. More
The first contact was by website and then by telephone. We asked about a car that was shown on the website. Within 3 days the car was at the dealership. Our credit application was taken over the telephone as well. The price was good, but was made better by the Honda rebate and 0.9% financing. We test drove the car. Made a deal on the extended warranty and extras. Signed the deal and were on our way within a couple of hours. No pressure, no tricks, no traps. The dealer even was able to issue new plates and registration. Very hassle-free and we would recommend this dealer and will probably use this dealer for our next purchase. More

Before Bernie I would enter a dealership and had to leave before I could even get in a test drive...which is usually what I want to do within the first 5 minutes! When I met Bernie the first time I explained I just wanted to take a test drive in a certain car. Without any talking, he just got the keys and my driver's license and off we went! That was the beginning of a beautiful salesperson/customer experience. Also, service department and manager treat you with respect, friendliness and dignity! EVERYONE SHOULD SEE BERNIE AND SEE IF HE CAN FIND WHAT YOU WANT... even if it isn't on their lot yet! More

Bernie Smith was an excellent salesman. He was pleasant, friendly, interesting and engaging. He wasn't a high-pressure sale type; rather, he got to know me a little and what I wanted and made every effort t friendly, interesting and engaging. He wasn't a high-pressure sale type; rather, he got to know me a little and what I wanted and made every effort to work with me to make a good deal and to get the exact CR-Z I wanted, having to call several other dealers to make a trade as the there were only a few white manual EXs within 200 miles. "My" Z arrived on Saturday and I go there after it was cleaned up about 3:30 to work with Bernie to see if we could settle on price. I made a good deal with manager Mike Rohrbaugh and Bernie. I didn't get quite Kelly Blue Book for my trade in, but it was close. That day, I also purchased an armrest and lighted door sill; armrest had to be ordered. By the following Saturday 9/25 I was off work and the armrest had arrived. So, I drove back down to get the armrest and sills installed. But, I got there later than scheduled and there wasn't time to get the installations done that day. Bernie and Malcolm went through a variety of possible resolutions with me, including giving me a loaner for the weekend through Monday and driving my completed car back. Instead, I chose to drive my car back down Monday morning, leave it, and have it delivered to me Monday evening. Abe, a service tech, drove the Z with the new armrest and door sill to my house Monday evening. It was pleasant chatting with Abe about my new "Z". He was very knowledgeable and informative about the Z and about cars in general. Overall it was an excellent experience. Bernie was very easy to work with and made every effort to make the deal smooth and the experience pleasant. The service team was pleasant. Even the haggling over price with Mike Rohrbaugh was pretty smooth and took only a few quick steps. I'll happily recommend Heritage; only wish I lived closer. David Kaplan More
