My whole experience could be summed up as "no pressure". As one tends to feel, I had my reservations at first, but the salesman was polite and professional from the get go. After I decided to move on it, I came back and the quote was honored, with no hidden fees. My biggest surprise was when it was time for the financing. The sales dept and the finance dept were fully in sync, with no suprises on the terms coming from the finance dept. I didn't even feel pressure in purchasing some of the extras, such as GAP insurance or environmental protection. The options were explained to me and left for me to decide. More
