The skeptic that I am, I was suprised to receive the correct, genuine Honda part AND a free oil filter and drain plug gasket as a thank you for my order! Mr. Adam Barnes explained in detail and answered every question I could possibly answer. He was very responsive, respectable, kind and very friendly. You just don't find this every where. He had a great product and he went way beyond the call of duty to satisfy me. We came to a bump in our journey and he got assistance from another co-worker (sorry, I cannot remember his name - he made it happen)to assist me in the process until we could make it happen. They did everything in their power to assist me. I never felt alone. Adam was a pleasure to deal with. I live a great distance away from the dealership, so it wasn't easy for me to come by and take a look at the Pilot I was interested in.
