Heritage Honda Westminster

I was interested in purchasing a CRV hybrid with a light interior. It appears that Honda makes very few CRVs with a light interior. I called the dealership and was told the car I wanted and saw on line was interior. It appears that Honda makes very few CRVs with a light interior. I called the dealership and was told the car I wanted and saw on line was still available. I also used the on line conversation box and it was verified via the VIN # that the car was available. I went in and met with a sales person and manager for 3 hours on a Friday. The car that I verified x 2 different methods was not at that dealership. I was told the car was elsewhere and they would pick it up Saturday. I left a deposit check with the dealership. I did not receive a call on Saturday so called on Monday. I was told they would research it and call me right back...never heard back. I called again on Tuesday and asked to speak to a manager since both the salesperson and the manager who assisted me were out that day. I was told I would get a call back shortly after researching the situation. I received a call 4 hours later and was told the car had been sold and the car posted on line was there in error. It took 5 days to find out that the car multiple people told me was available was never really available for purchase. More

I saw the car that I wanted online and set up an appointment for a test drive. The office manager called to confirm the appointment and gave me a person of contact upon my arrival. She had all of the information about the car already pulled up on her computer, she got the keys and we went on a test drive. I bought the exact car that I saw online, and was very pleased about that. Not only was the customer service great in person, it was also great after the purchase. I received several calls over the next couple of days, asking if I had any questions, if I was satisfied with the sales rep and if I was satisfied with the purchase! My car was totaled and I was shopping around online for something similar. I found one at the Westminster dealership (about 1.5 hours away from me). I called and spoke with Eyo. I told him how far away I was, and was looking to come that weekend. He spoke with his manager and THEY DELIVERED THE CAR TO ME!! I had never bought a car without seeing it before, and Eyo sent so many pictures and videos! He delivered it himself and was so nice, professional, and informative. We were also able to get a military discount as well, which was nice. They called when the tags came in and shipped them to us which was great also.
