When this car was totaled in an accident on April 29, 2024 we went the very next day to Heritage Honda and met with Chloe. She was just as personable and helpful as we had experienced last year. We asked for an identical 2024 model and we got it! She was able to secure it from a sister dealer. Just one day after the accident, we were driving a brand new 2024 Honda Accord Touring Hybrid! Chloe goes above and beyond to assist her customers. They become family to her! More

Stay away from this dealership, don't know what happened but the Service Department which used to be excellent, is absolute trash. I've been servicing my car at this dealership for 7 years, took it in for s but the Service Department which used to be excellent, is absolute trash. I've been servicing my car at this dealership for 7 years, took it in for simple routine maintenance; to have the rear passenger brake light replaced and to address a noise I was hearing in the front end when turning the wheel. Problems started when I got a call from Service Advisor named Misti who informed me that replacing the rear brake light would be $600. That seemed outrageously high to me so I declined the repair and at that point her attitude seemed to change. Got a call from her shortly afterwards that the service was done and the problem I reported with the front end had been fixed. Turns out that the reported problem with the front end was not fixed and I found the rear brake light online ordered it and installed it myself (it's literally held in place by 2 screws that are exposed when you lift the truck) in 15 minutes, putting together IKEA furniture is more complex and difficult. So, when the Honda survey appeared in my email I reported these issues, including the fact that Service Advisor Misti did not review any of the paperwork with me just took my payment and that was it. I was subsequently contacted by someone from the Service Department named Sarah, complete waste of 5 minutes. I explained to her the concerns I had included in my survey (which shouldn't have been necessary since I spelled out my issues in great detail, to wit: 1. That a requested repair had NOT been completed and I was still experiencing the problem with the front end. Sarah did NOT address this at all. 2. The quoted price for a simple repair (rear brake light replacement) far exceeded anything remotely reasonable. When I explained to her that I had bought the part online and replaced it myself in 15 minutes, Her response was something about the price being so high because the technician has to "dig around" in order to complete the repair. When I responded that the part was held in place by 2 screws and required no technical expertise at all, her response was...NOTHING. Her final remarks to me were "thanks for calling me back", nothing about trying to effect the front end repair again. If Sarah's goal was to make sure I never service my car at this dealership again, she succeeded. More

If I could give this place a -5 stars I would…my hope is every potential customer takes times to read this review… On Saturday April 27th I spent approximately 5 hours at your dealership with intention o every potential customer takes times to read this review… On Saturday April 27th I spent approximately 5 hours at your dealership with intention of trying to trade in one vehicle and purchase 2 used ones. The only thing I received was lies, deceit, and a psychological game that I was well prepared for. Your dealership even held one of my spare keys hostage while you attempted to negotiate on prices. Your dealership is one of the most unethical and unprofessional places I’ve ever been at as a customer. You yelled at your employee Richard and treated him like a dog….so unprofessional. The used CRV you tried to sell us had 5Xs as much body damage as our trade but you refused to negotiate the price down to our purchase point…long story short, you lost out on a two car sale over $1000.00 and yelled at me while we were walking away from the sale…”this offer is only good for today!” Really? You think I’d come back after the treatment I received there. More

I was interested in purchasing a CRV hybrid with a light interior. It appears that Honda makes very few CRVs with a light interior. I called the dealership and was told the car I wanted and saw on line was still available. I also used the on line conversation box and it was verified via the VIN # that the car was available. I went in and met with a sales person and manager for 3 hours on a Friday. The car that I verified x 2 different methods was not at that dealership. I was told the car was elsewhere and they would pick it up Saturday. I left a deposit check with the dealership. I did not receive a call on Saturday so called on Monday. I was told they would research it and call me right back...never heard back. I called again on Tuesday and asked to speak to a manager since both the salesperson and the manager who assisted me were out that day. I was told I would get a call back shortly after researching the situation. I received a call 4 hours later and was told the car had been sold and the car posted on line was there in error. It took 5 days to find out that the car multiple people told me was available was never really available for purchase. More

I saw the car that I wanted online and set up an appointment for a test drive. The office manager called to confirm the appointment and gave me a person of contact upon my arrival. She had all of the information about the car already pulled up on her computer, she got the keys and we went on a test drive. I bought the exact car that I saw online, and was very pleased about that. Not only was the customer service great in person, it was also great after the purchase. I received several calls over the next couple of days, asking if I had any questions, if I was satisfied with the sales rep and if I was satisfied with the purchase!
