Was recently rear ended in a paid off older odyssey and ended up in a financially stressful situation. We only has a certain amount of time to find a van as insurance only gave us a rental for 2 weeks. John Wilson met with us twice and tried very hard to help us find a van that met our needs and was in our price range. Although we ended up buying a van elsewhere, just due to budget, we truly appreciate John's efforts to help us out and his demeanor as a salesman. Instead of trying to push his inventory on us or pressure us to raise our budget he was patient and kind and tried to assist in what we needed. He was a breath of fresh air after meeting with some salesmen at other places who were sketchy and pushy. Will definitely remember his kindness in the future. His manager was also very nice. Felt that our time was valued, our thoughts and feelings were important, and all made a sincere effort to make us feel comfortable. David was professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and caring. Most salesmen go through the motions and give the same speech. David actually talked to us and wanted to connect. When Bill the manager came in, I was expecting the "bad cop", but he listened, he was willing to work with us on what we wanted. Then it was time to go to Finance. Usually the worst part where they try and upsell you make more profit. But there was no hard sell, no pressure from Greg. Things were offered, but without pressure. He got us through the paperwork quickly and painlessly. Once everything was done, David set up all the "techy" stuff on our vehicle to our preferences, and made sure we were good to go in our new car. Definitely recommend this team to anyone looking for a new car. More
