Thieves, thieves, thieves..... I usually do not post reviews, but thought it was important to warn other consumers about the thieving environment at this dealership. We purchased a new 2015 Honda Pilot September 26, 2014. Along with the Pilot, we added on a lot of extras, LoJack, Maintenance plan, 5 year 100,000 mile bumper to bumper warranty. The vehicle has been a good purchase. A few weeks ago we noticed the sunroof gasket had popped up out of place. As I worked to put it back in place, I noticed rust had developed where this gasket was supposed to be. We contacted Heritage Honda service and scheduled an appointment. We received a call stating they had completed a recall on the vehicle but could find nothing wrong with the sunroof. After explaining the problem again, they said they would look at it again. We received a call the next day stating they did find the problem and it would cost us more than $500 to repair. When I questioned this I was told my warranty had expired. Not true. They called the warranty company and were told this was a mistake and the vehicle was still covered. However, the sunroof gasket, not available as a separate part, was not covered because it is classified as a glass repair. Glass repair is excluded from the "Bumper to Bumper" coverage. Last time I checked, the glass was between the bumpers. They also pointed out they hate when the finance department, employed by them, call this extended coverage bumper to bumper as it does not even cover the bumpers. $2500 for this coverage and the only repair brought to them for coverage is not covered.......I wonder what excuses they would give for any other repair requested under this coverage. It would not surprise me if nothing is covered....... We picked the vehicle up this morning and had to take it back immediately as there were greasy boot prints on the drivers side entry to the vehicle. Buyers beware!!!!!!!! More

Doug Darryman is good, dealership just ok. TL,DR: Doug did a good job getting me through the paperwork and was fun to talk to. The dealership failed to have the car present at our scheduled appointment, the vehicle needed repair before I could take it home after the weekend, they gave it to me with less than a half tank of gas. So I scheduled an appointment to see the vehicle with 4 days notice, the night before the appointment they tell me they haven't been able to get the truck transferred for our appointment. After some conversations they determined they could have it there the next afternoon. I come in, meet Doug, he is nice and we go for a test drive. We come back, we haggle on price, I feel like I get a good deal. Gregg in finance hooks me up with a good interest rate and service package. Then I find out I can't leave with the truck because the driver's side mirror is inoperable and needs to be repaired. They get me a loaner for over the weekend. Monday evening the truck is ready, I go pick it up. They said it has been detailed (I couldn't tell), and I see it has less than half a tank of gas in it. Overall, I feel like I got a decent deal on a newer Tacoma with low miles but Heritage Honda needs to tighten up their used car game a little bit. Used car pricing doesn't leave much wiggle room these days which makes it hard to stand out from other dealerships, if you had closed the deal with a spit shine, topped off the tank, and had the truck ready for the first appointment there would have been 5 stars here for sure. More

It was refreshing to deal with sales persons who answered all our questions, explained in detail the features of the model we were interested in, and at the same time, no pressure applied to make an immediate decision. Their sales approach was a key factor in our decision to make our purchase with Heritage-Westminster. Melody was fantastic in explaining all the many new computerized features, setting up our preferences, and answering patiently in detail all our questions. Kudos to the management for putting together an excellent team. More
