I had a Young sales associate give me a price on a new Pilot. I was rushed into putting down a $1000 deposit. I was given a VIN # so I could apply insurance, I was given an appointment to pick up the car Pilot. I was rushed into putting down a $1000 deposit. I was given a VIN # so I could apply insurance, I was given an appointment to pick up the car and my wife and I drove 5 hours to get to the dealership. There was no car for me. Three people told me they were making final preparations on my car, only to find out there was no car. I was at the dealership for over an hour while they tried to suggest I take another vehicle which was substandard to what I wanted. Management response to email inquiries are not forthcoming when I inquire about details about my transaction. Thankfully I was able to get my deposit back from these clowns More

ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER RELATIONS I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTED. DO NOT TRUST THIS DEALER. Once the sale is over, they unilaterally changed the finance contract and have ignored my attempts to question or correct DO NOT TRUST THIS DEALER. I had been looking for a new car for a few months and thought for sure I'd stick with my Rav 4. I stopped in on an evening night and Scott had a car with everything I had asked for ready and waiting to t thought for sure I'd stick with my Rav 4. I stopped in on an evening night and Scott had a car with everything I had asked for ready and waiting to test drive. He did not pressure me at all but showed me the best numbers they could offer. My husband came back a few days later to drive it. Again, no pressure. The third time we cam back we bought a new CRV. Scott was great. Not only did he get a car with everything we were looking for but rather than playing the "new car buying game" and negotiating numbers he brought bought fair numbers the first time and cut out all the hassle. Much appreciated! I hate buying a care but Scott made it fun. More
