Had an appointment for oil and filter change, my truck was not moved into the bay until one hour and a half later. I was advised the reason for the delay was that had other appointments and were short han was not moved into the bay until one hour and a half later. I highly recommend you advise customers at the time of making the appointment that the wait could be significant even with an appointment and would be best to drop off the vehicle.
