I had an appt for 3:15 and my car sat on the service drive for 34 minutes before being taken back to get service done. When a person is looking to spend in the neighborhood of fifty thousand dollars, especially on something as important as a vehicle purchase: you would think you wouldnt have to go find your salesman. When I called to set up an appointment for the tailgate safety recall, I specifically asked Nathen Scott if they had the parts to do it and he said they did.
