I was approved at an excellent interest rate !! I made the 70 mile trip down to Heritage Ford Modesto, met with Oscar Salas, test drove my car and sealed the deal. The staff was so friendly and professional. I drove away feeling very good about my purchase and I have recommended Heritage Ford Modesto, CA. to those who took an interest in my car when I got back home. On a Wed. I verbally agreed to purchase a vehicle. As I live out of town, I advised the sales rep via text msg that I would be at the dealership on Saturday to pickup the car. The next day he sent a text advising me another sales rep had sold the vehicle. He then offered a higher priced vehicle. It reeked of "bait and switch." The showroom was not inviting.
