We had a great experience working with Josh and the Heritage team on our pre-owned purchase. They stayed late the night we purchased and Josh was great with communication. Unfortunately, our pre-owned did not work out and we ended up trading it in a month later for a new vehicle at a different dealership. Not blaming the dealership, just the risk of buying pre-owned. We are giving the dealership a 4-star rating because it has been a hassle trying to talk to someone on the phone about our warranty and gap insurance refund. Still working on that but would have preferred a speedier service on this. Overall, it was a great experience buying from the dealership and they gave me a great value on my trade-in. More
