Heritage is a dealership anyone in need of a vehicle should buy from in Harrisburg or Phila.. Doylestown is still suggest Thompson though if you’re after a Chrysler product be sure to speak with Heritage. My reviews are completely unsponsored in any way. I’m writing the truth about both dealerships with Heritage being my most recent experience.. A good dealership, a good used car dealership or new should be in deserves to be discussed and promoted and talked about. There are too many that do not deserve to even be in business. I hope heritage is there when I need/want my next vehicle. My sales person was amazing, however the sales managers xxxxxx me around for 3 hrs one day, then 6 hrs the next day. Ignored the KBB Instant Cash Offer and gave me 20 reasons why my vehicle wasn't worth c xxxxxx me around for 3 hrs one day, then 6 hrs the next day. After 6 hrs, I kept telling them over and over that I needed to leave to take care of my dogs. They had offered to buy 1 of my vehicles at a really lowball price, the other offer was just an insult. At the end, I got my keys and walked out. I was supposed to go back the next day, but the more I thought about it... NO! I called and said I wouldn't be back.
