I smelled something burning under the hood of my car today, and when I got out to check it, apparently the compressor locked up. It was one of the most random things but the underlying cause could’ve be today, and when I got out to check it, apparently the compressor locked up. Even tho I still had to shove out some money, I am very happy with my service from Vitaliy and the shop and service manager . Thanks for taking care of me as usual. I got a price for 30K service that allowed for my DIY items I explained to Vitaliy Khlebnikov when I dropped off my 2016 Forester that I do some of the service items (filters, washer fluid, wiper blades) myself I explained to Vitaliy Khlebnikov when I dropped off my 2016 Forester that I do some of the service items (filters, washer fluid, wiper blades) myself and he worked with me on a very reasonable price for fulfilling my 30,000 mile warranty service. I also got my air bag control recall done while I was at the dealership. Overall, a very good visit for service. More
Fantastic Customer service I went to this Subaru location to get a diagnostic on my car to ensure that all was well. Upon entering, I was immediately greeted by Claudia Herrera. I went to this Subaru location to get a diagnostic on my car to ensure that all was well. Upon entering, I was immediately greeted by Claudia Herrera. She got my car in and out within a reasonable amount of time with the express service that they have at the location. I was pleased with the attention that she gave me as it was a Saturday and she had other clients to service as well. While waiting, I also observed her interactions with other clients and her knowledge for the car industry is incredible. She is a true asset to this company. I bought my Subaru because of the great service I received when first inquiring about one but now that I have one the experience of services have been great! It truly is all the way around great service and this location is a great example of that. I will continue coming back! Thanks Claudia! More

Everything was pleasant until we bought the car When my wife wanted to replace her Hyundai with a new car she asked me to accompany her because she thought car dealerships don't take women shopping When my wife wanted to replace her Hyundai with a new car she asked me to accompany her because she thought car dealerships don't take women shopping for cars seriously. I didn't think that was likely any more but went with her. The first time we went to Herb Gordon Subaru we parked and my wife recognized a woman in the car next to us. We asked her if she was also thinking of buying a Subaru and the woman said they already had. They'd been driving the new car for several weeks and had returned for a scheduled overview of the car's features now that they'd had some time to drive it. That sounded like a good idea. We test drove several cars there, liked the salesman and ended up buying an Outback a few weeks later. We drove away on Nov. 2 and that was the last good experience we had with Herb Gordon Subaru. My wife ordered a cargo cover which was not in stock. They said it would take a couple of days to get it in and they would contact us. They never got back to us. After a week, my wife called them and they said yes it was in. They just hadn't let us know it was in. While she was there getting it installed she asked about the followup on the car features. They said someone would get in touch with us. No one ever got back to us. Several week later, my wife emailed them about getting some instruction on the car features. No one responded. Over two months after we bought the car, the touch screens went black as my wife was driving. They came back on but she called the service department to set up a checkup to make sure they wouldn't go out again. They made an appointment for a week later for her to bring the car in. When she went for the appointment and described the screens going out, the service people pretty much told her that it couldn't have happened. They couldn't duplicate the problem and told her to take a picture with her phone if it ever happened again. She texted me in the middle of this to tell me they didn't believe her. Sorry, I believe her and also doubt they would have been so skeptical if I had taken the car in. Meanwhile I've started receiving emails from Herb Gordon thanking me for bringing the car in. I have never brought the car in. My wife is the only one who has brought the car in and she receives zero emails from them despite being the person who actually drives it. While she was there getting the touch screens looked at she actually scheduled the followup instruction. It only took 2 and a half months and repeated requests (all of which were ignored up until then) to get it scheduled. In mid-December we received a mailing asking us how our experience with the dealership had gone. My wife filled it out and sent it back in to Subaru. She didn't give Herb Gordon a good review. That kind of thing is usually enough to get a response from a company. It goes without saying that we didn't get a response. Everything that happened before we bought the car was pleasant. Everything that has happened since we paid for the car has been unpleasant, maybe because my wife has been dealing with Herb Gordon on her own. I should have paid more attention when she said car dealerships don't treat women seriously. More
