I took my forester to Herb Gordon Subaru after moving to Maryland from Florida and I was thoroughly impressed with the service I received here. Michael Goodman was my service advisor and he was professional Maryland from Florida and I was thoroughly impressed with the service I received here. Michael Goodman was my service advisor and he was professional, kind, genuine and knowledgeable. I was provided a loaner car free of charge while my vehicle was being serviced, which made the experience very convenient and easy. Laurie who helped arrange for the loaner car was also fantastic. Overall, everyone at Herb Gordon Subaru was kind and professional, the location was clean, and I was able to get my vehicle serviced without hassle. More

Michael = Terrible Customer Service. He needs to learn to take the time to listen to his customers concerns and not use slander or profanity on the phone with potential customers like wh He needs to learn to take the time to listen to his customers concerns and not use slander or profanity on the phone with potential customers like when I called in and asked a few simple questions. I have worked with several different Advisors and I have never been mistreated like I was by Michael. It is to be understood that we all have our bad days but to take out your frustration(s) out on a customer is unacceptable. Terrible Customer Service on his part. More
