We went on a Saturday and apparently they were short staffed. It only took us a short while to pick between the two cars we had been looking at but it took a long time to get into the final paperwork signing session. We arrived at 11:20am and didn't leave till after 3 very hungry. I found a mechanical problem with my brand new care shortly after buying it but I'll write my service review separately. More

Waste of time. Jocab can't make any decisions and Randy is impersonal to his customers. Simple decisions take hours to make. Tried to test drive one of there pathfinders and the battery was dead. Also, looked under the hood of some of the cars and there fluids were low. Shows they don't care much about the used cars. After some poor service from the original dealer, I started taking my leased 2008 Altima here for service. Their service department is beyond excellent. When it came time to start thinking about a new lease, I went here and only here. My 2008 had a little wear and tear damage that was going to cost me $1000+ to fix, but they offered to get me out of the lease and into a new lease and would take care of the damage, so I'd end up owing nothing to Nissan. I spent most of my time working with Muna Chongo. He may possibly be the most pleasant car salesman I've ever met. No pressure, no rush, just helpful. I ended up in a loaded 2011 Altima and my monthly lease payment went down. Now, based on my research, I could probably have saved another $1-2K or so on the car itself, so I thought about giving a 4 for price, but not having to deal with the hassle of getting the old car repaired and paying for that out of pocket more than makes up for any extra cash. More
We were in a bind to get a car in a hurry. HG Nissan made it easy for 1 stop shopping. The accomodating staff, relaxed atmosphere and great deals were very welcome.
