My husband bought a brand new Nissan Altima from Jim Porter this past week. Jim and everyone there was a pleasure to work with. No hidden fees, no hassles. Everything far exceeded our expectations. We also sold our old car to them also. At first, the offered us less than CarMax had. We declined their offer thinking for the extra few hundred dollars we would take it to CarMax ourselves. When another manager overheard this he said he would match the price just to give us an incredible buying experience and to save us the trip to CarMax. That took our experience with Len Stoler Nissan from great to exceptional. We would definitely recommend this dealership to a friend. Especially Mr. Jim Porter. More

Jacob Burns was honest and forthright in his dealings with us. While other salespeople just wanted us to come in to their dealership, Jacob kept in contact by email and phone, located the car we were int with us. On Saturday morning when we were preparing to leave to come to the dealership Kevin Yi, the sales manager called to tell us that the car we were going to look at had been sold the night before. Kevin asked if we could wait for a little while he located another car. Within an hour he called back to let us know that another car had been found and was being brought in for us. At the dealership, Jacob and Kevin negotiated a fair price for the car which included a rebate for our daughter who is about to graduate from college. When we had a problem with the car Van Westerlund, the general manager, sent out a loaner and picked up the car for repair....on a Sunday, then the next day had the car delivered back to us the next day. Due to a recent total loss collision, I was in need of a vehicle and in a pretty quick turnaround time period. To be completely honest, this was my first time purchasing a NEW vehicle, and as anyone can ima vehicle and in a pretty quick turnaround time period. To be completely honest, this was my first time purchasing a NEW vehicle, and as anyone can imagine I was a little nervous. In efforts to be as prepared as possible, I conducted all of my preliminary research ahead of time. I found that Herb Gordon Nissan of Silver Spring offered the largest Nissan inventory. Based on my findings I was pretty well satisfied with all of the internet information and content the website(s) provided. Since I wanted to be as thorough as possible, I contacted the dealership by phone earlier in the week. At which point I was put in contact with Matt Linton. He answered the phone at 5:00pm on a Monday as cheerful as if it were quitting time on a Saturday. Within in seconds he made me feel comfortable and more at ease about the whole car buying process. He listened to my needs and assured me that he was more than capable of meeting them, and I believed him. Mr. Linton has a wonderful personality which he effectively communicated over the phone; his demeanor was even more impressive in person. I was confident that when I arrived later that week that I would be leaving with a Herb Gordon vehicle. Even after arriving a few hours late of a scheduled appointment, I was greeted by a vibrant lobby and showroom. The staff was warm and welcoming, and nearly jumped to assist me. Once the receptionist notified Mr. Linton that I had arrived he was out to introduce himself within minutes. The vehicles that we had previously discussed were already lined up and waiting for me to get in and test drive. During this time Mr. Linton was very patient and understanding as I stood out in the rain discussing colors and trims. After I had come to a decision, it was time to move on to the finance department. Mr. Linton had previously warned me of how long the process would take, but I did not mentally prepare. Although I had to wait, I was (for lack of better words) entertained by Mr. Linton and other staff members who kept my dad and I company in the plush lounge. They even offered us lunch! As the wait time increased longer than expected, the overall Manager (don’t remember his name) came out to see if there was anything he could do to make us more comfortable. Impressive!!! My experience at Herb Gordon ended on an even better note than it started. Mark Soon, finance Mgr was surprisingly nice, cheerful, and in an overall good mood. He was thorough in explaining the process and helping me to get my payments where they needed to be for me to be comfortable. I had been far warned of his expertise, and he surely lived up to all of my expectations, if not surpassing them. I have been all smiles since driving off of the Herb Gordon lot. I have told all of my friends and family of my wonderful and pain free experience, and I will continue to do so for here on out. Although I don’t expect to be buying a car in the near future, I am more than positive that I will return to Herb Gordon when I do. The commute from Baltimore MD is well worth it! More

Came to Herb Gordens today just to look at the rouge, my family fell in love with this car. Me on the other hand had just paid off my car and was not looking for anything. After a while I told my husband I was tired and ready to go because the numbers he was talking did'nt work for me and I was happy with the car I had. Well Jacob came back out and said that the finiance guy was ready to see me to please walk this way. I'm thinking as I go back this way "what could he say that would change my mind" (NOTHING)!!!! Well lord and behold this gentel man Mark Sonn was one of the nicest people I ever had the plesure of meeting. He had a warm spirit, and just was a good person all around. He talked with me and gave me a blessing, they always say that GOD takes care of all his children and you never know where one of his angles will be. I know being a child of GOD that Mark Sonn is an angle, his warmth, kindness, and good spirit showed through and through. HE IS A KEEPER!!!!!!
