These two gentlemen went above and beyond in their professionalism and kindness with the email and phone exchanges regarding negotiating and confirming the purchase of my new 2011 Altima 3.5SR. Van listened to the exact details of what I wanted/needed and did not hesitate to deliver exactly what I had asked for! When I came to pick up the car there was no "bait and switch", no pressure, no stress - instead Van and Joe were welcoming, informative, and absolutely delightful! I was under a time constraint and they had everything ready ahead of time when they knew I was coming, including the meeting with the finance officer, Justin Kim. It was so quick and efficient! Additionally, Renee in vehicle registrations was knowledgeable and expeditious in handling the strict rules required by Massachusetts for an out of state car purchase. George and crew are always professional but friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Never a problem to schedule an appointment, estimates given in a timely fashion, recommendations for work needed explained, and work completed when they say it will be. Most of all, I know when I pick up my car I can trust that the services will have been completed to my satisfaction. The only "OK" rating I gave is for the price of service...I always think those costs are way high but I'm sure its the same or higher everywhere else.
