When I arrived I was promptly greeted, and welcomed into the service center. Once seated in the waiting area, Marcus came in to introduce himself. It was a pleasurable experience, and my visit too much less time that originally quoted. I needed to bring the vehicle back for additional service, but a vehicle was provided for me and the work was done to my satisfaction. I’ll definitely continue to use this dealer. More

As a woman I have experienced “attitudes” from other service departments, but not at Herb Gordan Nissan. This time I worked with Lynn and as always she provided the necessary information in a timely manner, explained t=what needed to be done and why, kept me updated, and just is always so friendly. Within a few years of buying this Altima in 2007, I was coninced I would never buy another one. We are now considering what to get for our next car and ONLY because of this service team Nissan is one of our top two choices. This team works hard and is honest with customers. More

The service rep, Chase King, discovered that my Nissan Rogue was on the last day of warranty and promptly fit me into an appointment that same day. If it wasn't for his diligence and great customer service, I would have been without a transmission and out of a car. I was given a new Nissan rental while my car was being serviced and it was done within a week. Everyone I dealt with, from the cashier to the manager, was courteous and helpful. More
