I got in touch with the sales manager, Jeff, to discuss the issues via email. Unbeknownst to me, Jeff was on vacation but still coordinated my service appointment with Doug back at the office. Doug had us come in the very next morning to fix the issues himself. We feel very lucky to have worked with Jeff and Doug. These guys are truly professionals and are highly customer-focused. They went way above and beyond our expectations. I do not normally write reviews, but when you have service this great, I have to share. I'm new to the area, so when my car was towed to Herb Chambers, I was a little skeptical. However, after my experience with Chan, I would 100% recommend this dealership. I was tired and stressed out, but Chan was extremely calm and courteous, which in turn, calmed me down. I felt like my car was in good hands, and I was able to leave feeling better. Chan was very patient with me- answering all my questions. He kept open communication during the day with my husband, which made us feel like he had our backs! When I picked up my car, Chan greeted me and spent the time to explain everything that was going on. Great customer service. Will come again! More

Great experience!! We were on our way from Maine to Virginia when our 2000 Echo with almost 197000 miles started making a terrible noise. Herb Chambers was about 10 mil We were on our way from Maine to Virginia when our 2000 Echo with almost 197000 miles started making a terrible noise. Herb Chambers was about 10 miles away so we called and they said to bring it in and they would look at it. The bad news was that it would take about $1900 to fix what was obviously wrong. We all agreed that it wasn't worth that so we started looking at options. Martin and the mechanic were very helpful with some suggestions to get us home (from driving it and hoping that we made it or would at least be closer to home when it finally quit for good to rental options). Meanwhile my wife had gone out to look at new Prius' and met Miguel. To make a long story shorter, every staff member we encounter was terrific in working with us to get us back on the road again. We ended up buying a new Prius and continuing on our trip to Virginia. Miguel agreed to drive to Maine and take care of all of the local paperwork for us so we could continue on. Thanks to Herb Chambers, what looked as if it was going to be a horrible experience turned out to be very pleasant. We can not say enough good about our experience with Herb Chambers in Auburn, MA. Above and beyond My wife scraped the bottom front bumper of her new Venza and was very upset. I went to Herb Chambers Toyota Auburn MA to buy some touch up paint to do My wife scraped the bottom front bumper of her new Venza and was very upset. I went to Herb Chambers Toyota Auburn MA to buy some touch up paint to do it myself. To my surprise Martin Dodd and his service crew took the car and did the touch paint up for us. After that was done they even washed and vacuumed out the car. This is why the 2014 Venza we just purchased at this dealership is the 8th car we have bought here. More
