Friendly, honest, and timely service I was only bringing my Highlander in for routine service, but the staff was friendly, responsive, and courteous. I had brought my previous vehicle i I was only bringing my Highlander in for routine service, but the staff was friendly, responsive, and courteous. I had brought my previous vehicle in last summer for major service, and while Martin was willing to do all of the work identified in the inspection, he was honest with what would need to be done immediately, how much it would cost, and what the vehicle would be worth after. It didn’t make sense to put that money into the vehicle at that time, so I will bring my Toyota to Herb Chambers moving forward. More
Learning the extra bells * whistles of my vehicle Today, I visited the dealership to receive the extra training that I needed to understand the extra bells*whistles of my RAV4. In 2016 the RAV4's did Today, I visited the dealership to receive the extra training that I needed to understand the extra bells*whistles of my RAV4. In 2016 the RAV4's did not have the safety feature package as it does now. I knew that I needed to have extra training on this vehicle. Even though this is my 3 rd RAV4 things do change . So in the absence of my Sales Representative he told me he would put me in good hands to have the extra training to learn about my vehicle. All went well. Monish took care of everything from taking off the plates, removing my bags in the car, going over the features, taking the car over for inspection, I asked for a binder for my books I got it. Whatever I asked for over and over again it was repeated to me over an over. Some of the features on the Toyota's I do not understand the design sense of it but I guess I would need to speak to Toyota directly as mentioned by Monish. So all in all a good experience . I know that I could call a few more times and that would be okay with Monish, Issa, or Dhimitri with any extra " why questions" and Monish would let me know the next approach. I could not stand listening to another customer talking out loud..really loud on his bluetooth to someone on the phone (dont know why people do that) so i left and visited my salesman Kennedy who has become a family friend. After a great conversation I returned to find the annoying guy gone and my car finished a little ahead of schedule. Chan went over everything done, asked if i had any questions and i left happy with my experience. More
