I got my vehicle two months after I purchased it. I received it with an empty tank, a broken windshield wiper, and 600 more miles than I was supposed to have. I signed a new contract for a lower monthly payment and found out (on my own) that it never went through after two months. I was then told they would make a payment for me for all the trouble. I had to wait 5 months and make several calls to their corporate office until it finally happened. They talked down to me, were very rude, did not help me at all, ignored all of my messages, and lied to me. I would not recommend this dealership to a single person. I have already turned 7 people away from buying a car from them. I will say, however, that there is one kind, helpful employee that works there. He is a blond man in the service department. More

this was a horrible buying experience. I wen to the dealership and clearly expressed that I needed a car a.s.a.p. I was told I would have my car the next day, but when I went to sign the papers I was dealership and clearly expressed that I needed a car a.s.a.p. I decided that I could wait, only to find out that I would be waiting for two weeks, which they didn't tell me until after I gave my down payment. This dealership only cares about making a sale, and not customer satisfaction once the papers are signed. I purchased a vehicle there and also purchased the extended warranty which includes tire/wheel pro customer satisfaction once the papers are signed. I purchased a vehicle there and also purchased the extended warranty which includes tire/wheel protection thru a third-party. 5 days after my purchase I had a flat tire from running over something. I was told my paperwork would be sent to the third-party at the end of the month. I was made to pay for the tire up-front, being told that the 3rd party doesn't have dealer reimbursement. This was a lie, as I found out that they DO have an agreement with this dealership. 4 months later, and the information STILL has not been sent to the 3rd party and they will now not accept my claim because HC took too long to send it in (along with the premiums!). The salesman told me on at least 2 occasions "I'll get to the bottom of this and call you back today" and has not delivered. Not only would I not recommend this dealership, but I will go one step further and tell everybody I can to NOT use this dealership. They brag about customer service, but it's a lie to make a sale. They don't care about the consumer at all. More

Sales experience in 2003 great, bought a Camry and RAV4. Finance guys are very pushy - just say no to them. Service department is something else. One got very aggressive and threatened a voided warranty if I didn't buy service over and above that recommended by the manufacturer. Examples of over service include severe service oil changes every 3000 miles. Manufacturer states 5000 miles. Cabin air filer replacement costs $99. The filter can be had for $19. It takes less than three minutes to replace it. There are many other examples. Beware the costs and read your factory manual. Don't trust the service departments "right out of the owner's manual" brochure. It's not true. More

They called me the next day to tell me they found it. It was being made and would be another 6-7 weeks before I could get it. I told them that was enough. I would never buy anything from that dealership. Stay as far away from these guys as possible. More
I had a very good experience with Dave Green in sales he was very straight forward, he matched my best price which I got over the internet. He got me the car I wanted at a great price with no B.S. I must caution you however that when you sit down in the "finance" room with Jason Dipitrio the heavy handed sales tactics begin, this guy is brutal, he pounded on us for aprox half an hour to buy an extended warranty to the point where I was ready to walk out and say forget it. All in all a good deal just watch out for the" finance" guys. More

The GM and sales staff become flustered when you discuss bank buy rates, hold-back costs and anything else deal here; especially if you are a female. Additionally, they will try to underbid your trade-below KBB- and try to offer aweful AAA packages that are supposed to WOW you. As a female I never felt so angry. Ladies these guys think the car biz is a man's world and all you should be concerned with is whether or not the car color doesn't clash with your hair! More

It seems they only deal with stupid people to sell cars. When I told him I had a better offer at another dealer he told me to take it, not only take it, but RUN back to the other dealer... I called the other dealer and made out on both cars for over $16,000 less than the jerks at Herb Chambers... I really don't recommend even driving by this place let alone buy from them...
