He was very cordial and friendly and made our family felt at home. Mr. Lavigne provided us with many details about the car and answered our questions to our satisfaction. He also helped us get all the features that we wanted such as the car color, mud guards, and price. Mr. Lavigne was very kind and patient and his customer service was superb, therefore I would recommend him as your salesman. While I was originally looking at the RAV4 Sport, they had a limited model in stock and were able to make the price differential work for me when it came down to my monthly payment. I would definitely reccomend this dealership to others, and shop here again when I need another Toyota. In the meantime, I'm very grateful to these guys for their customer focus and professionalism and am going to enjoy my new fully-loaded Crossover SUV. I visited 2 other dealerships and the size, quality and staff here made it a completely different experience, which gave me the confidence to actually purchase and bring my new car home same-day (on a Sunday no less). Communication from Bryan was excellent and he made sure every detail was taken care of. He also spends the time with the customer at pickup to explain all the controls of the vehicle and answer any questions you might have. Brian was able to answer most of our questions on the spot but if he couldn't he would find out and not just tell you what you want to hear. Overall we have had good experiences with this dealership and would go back for future purchases. The only reason I give "overall experience" a 4 is because originally they couldn't make the deal I wanted at the dealerhship but the sales manager called me a 1/2 hour later and could. This isn't a no-haggle dealer so just be prepared with your info when you're ready to purchase. They will typically make a deal with any reasonable offer. More
