We knew the exact car we wanted -- down to the color and the packages. Herb Chambers happened to have it in their lot. We started out with talking to (s)Amber over the phone to get a great price. This was absolutely the least painful process that we went through to purchase a brand new car. Financing took about 15 minutes -- very efficient! Very pleased with the experience -- it definitely helps to know what you want and how you are going to pay for it and not having to trade an older car -- but, Herb Chambers Toyota didn't rob us the pleasure of owning a new car -- not even a little bit.
