Tim Dalton has always been exceptionaly friendly, fair and knowledgible. We have always compared prices from other Toyota dealers in the area, and Tim has always been able to give us a better deal. Recently, we saw a used vehicle at another Herb Chamber dealership in a far away location, and Tim was able to get the vehicle delivered to Auburn in order for us to inspect and drive it. This shows that they go out of their way to help their customers. More

I appreciated the fact that Joe Blake did not pressure me into buying a vehicle. He seemed more interested in what I wanted in a vehicle. Dealerships, I dealt with in the past always seem to try to talk me into a vehicle that was more expensive than what I was willing to pay. Also when I set a maximum monthly payment and contract length with other dealerships it would never turn out that way. The 2003 Toyota Corolla that I purchased through Herb Chambers of Toyota is just a great looking car and I thank them for the time and effort to deliver this car here form another location. Also the Financial Manager Edgar Rivera was very friendly and helpfull free of the pressure tactics. This was refreshing and changed my former view point of buying a vehicle at a dealership. Edgar was a very helpful and knowledgeable person. I was interested in buying a Sequoia but he pointed me in a better direction. I am now very interested in buying a Toyo Highlander which is better priced a interested in buying a Sequoia but he pointed me in a better direction. His Customer Service was above average, I left the Dealer feeling that he gave me good advice and that he helped me as much as he can. I did not feel pressured at any time, the overall experience was very pleasant and easy. I will recommend the Dealer and especially Edgar to my Friends and Family for future purchases. More
From the moment my husband and I walked through the doors, we were welcomed by one of the salesmen who had a giant smile on his face. His name was Henry Blake but he goes by the nickname of Joe. First thing he did was offer us coffee which we both declined and then a little later in the evening he offered us coffee again. He was so warm and friendly! My husband and I told him that we were having car problems with our Hundai and had put some money into it but definitely did not want to put any more money into it. So we had reluctantly decided that we either had to buy another car or have the Hundai fixed again. We told Joe that we definitely wanted to buy a used car, not a new one because the car was for my husband who is retired. I had previously bought a new Toyota Corolla five years ago at this dealership, which I love! Joe told us he had a beauty of a car for us and that we would love it. I told Joe that I definitely wanted to keep the price reasonable because I couldn't afford a high monthly car payment and he said that he totally understood that and he would do everything possible that he could to get us the car we loved at the price we were happy with. Well, two hours later we drove off the lot in our 2005 Blue Toyota Matrix that we both loved. The price was affordable for us and the car was immaculate on the inside and outside. Plus, the bonus was the low mileage. It was a real pleasure doing business with Joe Blake at Toyota of Auburn and I will highly recommend Joe to everyone. His warm, friendly and honest approach with customers is a real asset to the company. More

I was very skeptical about going to a dealership alone, especially being a female. I was under the assumption they would see me as an easy sale. I had read up on my car facts and had an idea of what i want especially being a female. I was under the assumption they would see me as an easy sale. I was in complete SHOCK when i told the salesman i wouldn't be purchasing today, that i only wanted to look and i would return with my boyfriend, the reaction i anticipated was he wouldn't take no for an answer and i would be pressured or persuaded. much to my surprise it was the complete opposite, he introduced him self as Joe Blake and told me where i could find him should i have any questions and handed my his card. I went back a few days later with my boyfriend and Joe had remembered me and came right over, needless to say i bought a car and was so impressed with all the associates i dealt with. The salesman even called two days later to ask how the car was and see it i was happy with it. GREAT friendly salesman and exceptional customer service. More
