first time at this dealership, greeted by jason. he was very cocky and seemed very conceited, yet had only been selling cars for 2 months. i told him what i wanted, where i had seen it and he second guesse very cocky and seemed very conceited, yet had only been selling cars for 2 months. i told him what i wanted, where i had seen it and he second guessed my knowledge, asking if i had read the fine print, which i had. when i asked the difference between a camry and corolla, he asked how many passengers i would have, and with my boyfriend there, asked how many boyfriends id have in the car.rude. he continued to be rude to my boyfriend, making comments on his accessories, and pretty much losing interest from me in the first 5 minutes. after a test drive and running numbers, he told me that if my car wasnt worth what i thought it was and what the guy approved it for, it would be coming out of his pay, which made me uncomfortable, and then tried to book an appointment asap, when i wanted to wait and look elsewhere, he wasnt very happy with that and made it known. they also make you sign a paper upfront stating that your trade in is what you say it is, which is also uncomfortable. on the way out, he "had" to let a manager say thank you to us, which was more of a debriefing of what happened, and the manager couldnt have showed less interest. it was overall an extremely uncomfortable situation, he made both my boyfriend and i want to leave, and as much as i may have liked the car, i would never go back there to buy anything, or send anyone there, ever. More

Tiffany knows me and my vehicle and makes sure that when I arrive at the dealer for service I a always deliver the highest quality customer service.
