Marque was not only friendly, but he also was able to put me at ease in the buying process. He worked closely with Imad to ensure that I was able to get the exact model I wanted at the price I could afford. When I returned to pick up my new Rav4, there was an issue with turning in my old lease--Shawn was able to work with Marque to ensure that none of the issues fell onto me and instead took care of everything! I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a new vehicle! More

Herb Chambers even on a snow day!! I went to Herb Chambers on Wed. Jan 29th. I went with intention of MAYBE purchasing a new Toyota Highlander to replace the one I had prior for 11 yea I went to Herb Chambers on Wed. Jan 29th. I went with intention of MAYBE purchasing a new Toyota Highlander to replace the one I had prior for 11 years!! (also bought from same dealership) Jimmy Eldean was my sales rep and he was the kindest and most knowledgable sales rep. He was so polite and non-pushy. I enjoyed my experience of buying because of him. And I LOVE my new highlander!! It rides awesome!!! I would def recommend Auburn Herb Chambers!! Especially Jimmy!!! More

I am so happy that Samartha Tetreau recommended that I come in and checkout the new 2015 Toyota Corolla’s. She told me she could get me into a new 2015 Toyota at the same payment or less. She greeted me at the door and once I saw Jimmy Eldean I told her I wanted him as my salesman. This is my second car that I have purchased from Jimmy. Jimmy knows what I want in my car and does a good job finding that car for me. He is a great salesman you are lucky to have him. He has followed up with me a few times to see if I have any questions or concern since the purchased of the vehicle. It was also a pleasure working with Imad Benelkour general manager he always makes my day by giving me a great deal. The financial manager Andi Xhacka was also very nice to work with. Your employees are awesome to deal with. I will recommend all my friends to buy a new Toyota from your dealership. My Toyota takes me everywhere I want to go. I love the new back up camera. I started off working with Lauren Ostiguy online and I had a great experience at Herb Chambers Toyota Auburn recently and purchased a Toyota Sienna.. I started off working with Lauren Ostiguy online and she was very helpful and nice. My salesperson Jimmy Eldean provided excellent service including going to another dealership to pick up my vehicle and late appointments after my husband got out of work. He was nice, courteous, and appreciated the fact that I didn't have a lot of time to spend at the dealership with a toddler and infant at home. After I picked up the van I realized it only had one key so I called Jimmy. I was shocked when Jimmy went out of his way and made another trip to pick up my second key at the other dealership. I was more than impressed and appreciated all the extra time he put into the sale. I also worked with Chris Stockert to finalize all the paperwork and he was great too. He was nice and wasn't pushy. He also worked quickly. I left Herb Chambers feeling happy and it was great that they listened to my needs. I love my Sienna! More
