I started off working with Lauren Ostiguy online and she was very helpful and full of knowledge.. My salesperson Marque Hoenig provided excellent service including going to another dealership to pick up my vehicle in a timely fashion. He was kind, courteous, and appreciated the fact that I didn't have a lot of time to spend at the dealership because of the crazy winter we have been enduring. I was more than impressed and appreciated all the extra time he put into the sale. I also worked with Chris Stockert to finalize all the paperwork and he was great too. He was nice and very pleasant to work with on the deal. With that said, it made up for the bad experience i had on another purchase of a used vehicle which was over a year ago and their is no hard feelings because misconceptions happen when the proper information is not revealed. I left Herb Chambers feeling happy and it was great that they listened to my needs. The Highlander is such a nice vehicle!! Thank you everyone!!!
