Nice guys, but profit trumps loyalty at this dealership After buying four cars over the years from these guys, I had to go to one car, so I approached them with two of the cars I bought from them in trade f After buying four cars over the years from these guys, I had to go to one car, so I approached them with two of the cars I bought from them in trade for a 2015. I went armed with trade-in values from Kelley Blue Book, True Car, NADA, and Edmunds. I also went in with knowledge of what the car I wanted was actually selling for. All of a sudden I was told the trade-ins were not worth anywhere close to the printouts I had. After all, the car I wanted was in demand. I think they call it "low balling" the trade in. They wouldn't budge on the new one either. So much for loyalty. More
