As a CT resident, there was extra paper I had a great experience recently at Herb Chambers in Auburn. Anthony Murgo and Mike Demers were very helpful. As a CT resident, there was extra paperwork to process that could not be done on the spot. They loaned me a vehicle for three days (no charge) while Anthony went to the CT DMV to process the change. When that was done, Anthony drove my new car to my office in CT where we swapped vehicles. It doesn't get any more convenient than that! More

What a difference I had gone to another dealer to purchase a used car. I knew what I was looking for and what my current vehicle was worth. They tried to sell me a car I hadn't even driven yet. I went to Herb Chambers to look. Not intending to purchase a vehicle and I met Chontell Guerraz. She walked me through the lot showing me different vehicles. She showed me a Ford Escape which I was interested in purchasing. We took a test drive and I loved it. They were able to work with me to make the purchase possible. Chontell was very helpful and anytime I had an issue she was right there to resolve it. More

I traveled from Chicopee, Ma and was extremely satisfied with my buying experience and the customer service. I visited a few other dealers before Herb Chambers, this was the best. Upon entering the dealer you are immediately greeted by courteous and professional staff. I never through that my experience of buying a car was going to turn out to be a pleasant and enjoyable one. My sales consultant was Anthony Murgo. He was attentive, professional, knowledgeable, and most important for me, he was customer oriented. Through the entire process he made sure that I was satisfied  with the buying experience and went out of his way to keep it stress free. As a customer Anthony and Mike Demers, internet sale manager, made the negotiation process one that I felt was fair and reasonable. Mike and the vehicle locator spend the time to locate a vehicle that met my wish list and requirements.  The staff at the financing department, Shawn Merrick, explained every single form in a clear and transparent manner. I was initially planning to finance the vehicle through my bank, but as part of the negotiation was able to secure a lower interest rate through the dealer finance department. Take it from personal experience, do explore the financing option that they have to offer. Last but not least, I purchased this vehicle the week of the 4th of July, a national holiday observed by most businesses. Although it seemed at the time difficult to have the vehicle deliver by Saturday the 4th, Anthony and the entire sales team worked extra hard and my 2015 Toyota Highlander was ready for delivery the morning of the 4th of July. You can not asked for better customer service. The general sales manager Imad Benelkour assured me on Friday the 3rd of July that they were going to do everything possible to have the vehicle ready by the next day and they certainly delivered on their promise. AWESOME! I went in to see if I could trade in my current car and lower my payments. I'm thinking it probably wont happen but I can try. I was met by a very nice young man his name was, Matt Parzych. Extremely helpful and really knew his job well. I explained my circumstances and he showed me a few cars he thought could work for me. I selected a very nice RAV4 with LOW mileage. Long story short. Matt lowered my payments and I left a VERY HAPPY customer. Thanks again Matt for all you did for me! More

Despite the late hour some of the staff were prepared to go the extra mile to close the deal on that day. The friendliness of the team was apparent as Chris introduced a few of the managers. I was even more impressed with the telephone manner of your receptionist when I phoned today Thursday, 7, 3, 2015 to speak to the Financial manager.. In his absence she put me in touch with one of the managers who promptly announced he remembers me and proceeded in dealing with my query satisfactorily.
