Fantastic customer service I recently brought my 2008 Toyota Prius in for service to have a wheel bearing replaced. I have a service warranty for my car but had never used it and had no idea how to move forward with the repair. As I'm sure anyone who has had a vehicle that needs a repair while you're 3 years into paying for it knows that can be stressful. Service advisor Martin Dodd was a fantastic help! He contacted the warranty company explained to me what was covered, ordered the parts, and even arranged for the rental car ! Which was a 2015 Camry, which I was sad I had to return ;) . All in all they kept me informed of the timeline of the repairs and helped with all paperwork and I would use them again in a heartbeat! More

There is another Toyota dealer closer to me but I was not satisfied with their service so this time I decided to try Herb Chambers in Auburn. I buy Toyotas because of their quality so for me the only real difference between Toyota dealers is how they treat their customers. My service experience at Herb Chambers of Auburn is the absolute best ever! I am especially pleased with Martin Dodd. He makes you feel like he really cares about you as a person, not just another service transaction. For example, I had a warranty issue which I explained to him and he took responsibility for seeing to it that I was treated right. I felt like he was my advocate, not an adversary. Well Done, Martin!
