Sold! My husband and I visited Herb Chambers a few Sunday's ago on our search for two cars to replace our exhausted and high mileage vehicles. We walked My husband and I visited Herb Chambers a few Sunday's ago on our search for two cars to replace our exhausted and high mileage vehicles. We walked into the dealership with no intent to purchase; only to compare prices from dealer to dealer and possibly test drive a model or two. We walked passed a few vehicles and were quickly greeted by a friendly gentleman with a terrific personality. We walked for a bit and stumbled across a vehicle I had interest in test driving....my husband also eye-spyed a vehicle and wandered off while our salesman grabbed the keys to the vehicle I wanted to try. During the test drive Al answered our questions and assured us that he was going to take good care of us and meet our needs. When we completed our test drive we had planned to move along and check out a few more that would be a bit more cars in our price range. Instead, Al sat us down, uncovered exactly what we needed in terms of price, payments....and made it happen. My husband and I were so blown away by his kind and genuine attitude...two hours later we walked out of Herb Chambers with the two vehicles we loved, monthly payments that met our financing needs and in disbelief of how positive an experience we had just had at an auto dealership. From our salesman to the general manager, their entire team worked together to ensure we left happy. We will be choosing Herb Chambers for all of our future car sales and highly recommend the team in Auburn...especially Al...such a gentleman. He will not disappoint! More

I am probably one of the most difficult and demanding customers this dealership has ever dealt with. I consider myself to be an experienced car buyer and I do my homework on every vehicle I purchase. I have done very well with how Toyotas hold their value and have even made money when trading in leases. The reason I choose to go to Herb Chambers in Auburn is simple. Shawn Merrick in finance knows customer service! I have met my share of people that sell and manage car dealerships. To be able to deal with difficult demanding customers is not an easy task. Shawn is easy to do business with and he doesn't mess around when it comes to putting the deal together. He treats me like I would treat the 350 customers that I deal with in the business that I run.
