Sloppy mess Probably the worst experience I've ever had at a car dealership. First they told me my car would be registered in a day or two. Come to find out they Probably the worst experience I've ever had at a car dealership. First they told me my car would be registered in a day or two. Come to find out they didn't even have the title in my car so dear to turned into a week a week turned into maybe two weeks by the end of the first week I had had it. I told him that I wanted to cancel my order I was then promised a check for my first payment when I came in to drop off my treat him for the rental the next day. We called two times that day and were told the check was all set ready and waiting for us. When we got there they tried to get us into the rent knowing better I asked for the check before we signed for the rental. They waited to the last minute to tell me that they could not give me the check because I had put no money down but just had a trade it. If that's their policy that's fine but they shouldn't of lied to me every time he called let me pack up both my kids and drive down there and try to take my trade-in so that I have nothing left. I was so fed up with their many lies at this point that I told him I wanted to cancel the order I wanted nothing to do with them them. I was assured by the sales manager before I left that my loan had not been paid off on my trade-in and then a new loan for the new vehicle had not been taken out of my name. Imagine my surprise when I got a letter saying my trade-in had been paid off and my title was forwarded to the dealership. A new loan was also taken out of my name and all of this with days after I canceled. The minute the mistake was their problem but I still had to drive down there again to get it fixed. Their paperwork is sloppy it cost me a headache took me three weeks to straighten out with both banks I couldn't buy a car anywhere else until the issue was resolved but in the end I'm thankful I did not buy a car from them. The lied countless times and wasted my time. More

When it was time to trade them in, we went back to Jimmy first! He worked with us to make the deal to purchase two 2016 RAVs and the experience was seamless! To anyone who is planning to lease a car from Toyota. Don’t be fooled! Be cautious and attentive! I leased a car in October 2015. I received a bill for December, with a prorated “Personal Property Tax” of over $200 (it would be $500-800 for a year, depending on the car’s price). They claim that this is the same as Excise tax (?). The car is not my property, I’m just leasing it (basically renting to drive), and I shouldn’t pay the property tax. Toyota puts it in your lease contract, and makes you pay the tax for them. Since I have already signed the contract, there is no way out of it and I have to pay. I am driving Toyota for over 5 years, but this is my first lease (other cars were financed) and the charge was a shock… DON’T BE FOOLED ! Read your lease contract very attentively! Make sure you don’t pay any hidden fees for them! More

Friendly, professional and genuine sales experience! We spent an entire afternoon with Jordon Tetreault, a young, enthusiastic salesmen who's knowledge of new and used Toyota's was impressive. He guided us through the process of buying "new" vs "used" while we sipped delicious hot cocoa in their comfortable salesroom. Test driving several SUV's was very helpful since my partner had never purchased one before. The spacious interior, sleek design and tremendously smooth ride of the 2014 Toyota Highlander was what we decided upon for our next vehicle purchase. Jordon introduced Tom, the Sales manager who explained in detail all of the options available. Both Jordon and Tom's presentation wasn't aggressive, which was refreshing to us but instead, they made us feel like "family". Andrew, the finance manager was also extremely knowledgeable, approachable and again, made us feel like we were part of the Toyota Family of Auburn by carefully explaining each of the details of the contract. We are very content and would purchase another Toyota from this dealership. More
