He was and is knowledgeable, helpful and quick to respond to my multitudes of questions. I special ordered my car and added many special details to make it my own. Rich was "there" every step of the way to be sure the car I wanted was the one I ended up with. He took his time, never seemed rushed and always had the answer, no matter how obscure my question. Even now, after I've had the car a few months, when I email Rich with a quick question, he always answers right away. The entire purchase and post-purchase experience has been great in every way! Darnell was warm and welcoming since I first walked-in to buy a new car. She made my first car-buying experience simple and pleasant by informing me thoroughly about my buying options while securing a deal w buy a new car. Being a transplant from Texas, I didn't know anyone here nor did I have the means to go to an RMV to get a new license as my current one was expired, so she took her day-off to get me to the nearest RMV for my driver's exam and even offered her own car so I could take the test. In my personal experience, this is the kind of customer service you don't train for, but that which comes from truly exceptional people that an agency like Herb Chambers is surely proud to have in their sales team. Darnell has also made me feel like a client by establishing a relationship that goes past the sale; I have stopped by the dealership a couple times to have my car serviced and we'll run into each other and catch-up. Overall, I know I'm in good hands. More

My car was literally delivered to my job. Darnell made me feel so comfortable, did not push me in any way and made me forget I was even at a dealer ahahah What I mean is, that typically you are bombarded with the same old lines and feel that an immediate and urgent decision must be made or else its your very last oppurtunity to ever buy a vehicle in your life. So as a bilingual traveling Nurse not only do I love my MINI(almost 38MPG)I would recommend Herb Chambers in a heart beat. Plus~ free parking and good coffee! Not sure why they only offered me $100 bucks for my 1987 Audi ahah but I'll let it slide ;-) Point: Darnell Caruso-Kelley was stellar. More

We visited the other Mini dealer in Massachuetts before going to Herb Chambers. The other dealer did not really want to talk with us about our trade in and didn't seem all that interested in whether we going to Herb Chambers. The other dealer did not really want to talk with us about our trade in and didn't seem all that interested in whether we bought a car from them or not. We thought that it must just be the way Mini dealers work. We decided a few months later to visit Herb Chambers and see what they would do with our trade in and in getting us the car we wanted. What a different experience it was. Everyone from the girl at the front desk all the way up made us feel like we were valued customers. We had a wonderful experience with everyone we meet and Darnell only made that process more enjoyable by working with us and treating us with respect and helpfulness. We are pleased with the car and feel like we can call Darnell with anything and she will be right there to help and make sure everything is taken care of. We have the car, but she still wants to make sure we are happy and well taken care of and will always call back with answers to any questions we might have. More
Richard Tran is probably one of the most patient people to work with. He is not your "typical pushy salesman". He was able to answer all my questions and is very knowledgable about the vehicle. Kept to timelines and appropriately managed my expectations I am on the Costco program and had a different experience with another dealer in NJ. Herb Chambers was the only Mini dealer (even though 300 miles away) that is in the program that is anywhere nearby. However, my local (Morristown, NJ) dealer said he's match the Costco deal. However, since I had some good initial phone interactions and some of the speciifcs listed above already in the process, I felt the right thing to do was go with this dealer (even though they are 300 miles away) rather than someone geographically much closer. I don't regret the choice one bit. My only (minor) gripe was the courtesy return service back in to the city which was a little late. That aside, I have never experienced this level of quality in ANY purchase, never mind a vehicle. I am looking forward to seeing my new Mini in a couple of days time. Dr. Cameron Durrant More
