This past year I purchased my first new car from the Herb Chambers Mini Cooper dealership. I had a great experience with Melissa Ponte--she was extremely helpful and very patient with me. I was apprehensive in purchasing the car, as I had never bought a brand new car, but Melissa was never pushy and provided me with the information I needed to make an informed decision. She and her manager also worked hard to give me a great price on my Mini. She was always easy to get a hold of and returned my phone calls promptly. I highly recommend both Melissa Ponte and Herb Chambers Mini Cooper if you are interested in purchasing a Mini Cooper. More
When I had to come in for my service it was quite busy...I left my car running outside and I came into the service area....I called ahead but had no apt. My car was due for a service, and a bit more busy...I left my car running outside and I came into the service area....I called ahead but had no apt. My car was due for a service, and a bit more -that I was unaware of....Darin, immediately checked me in, and got all my info. I then was put into a rental within 15min or so....he told me he would call at the beginning of next week to tell me how my car is....and being a holiday weekend I didn't exoect to hear back till wed or so. I got a call the next day -Friday ....and he told me I needed a new clutch and all the other service was being done....and he would call sometime around wed or so....I had issues with the rental and called 1st thing Monday morning(check engine light ), Darin told me to stop in and trade out the rental for another, so I did 1st thing Tuesday morning...and was told my car wold be ready within 2hrs! When i got my car it was washed off and clean....ran AMAIZINGLY,and took only 15min again to get me out of there and I was back in my car . I was excited to get my car back, and that it took less time than expected...the best part was EVERYTHING WAS COVERED UNDR MY WARRENTY....I was extremely pleased with my service, and I always am each time I go : ) not only did they take care of my car, but made sure I was in a safe rental when I had issues with the 1st one...they didn't have to but Darin went above and and beyond ... I went to Herb Chambers b/c another Mini owner I had recently met recommended them, and I was not disappointed! Mini was my first choice but I wasn't sure I could afford one and right from the start they worked with me on my limitations. Darnell Caruso was my sales person and she was AMAZING!! Darnell was completely thorough. At no time did I feel railroaded or pushed into something I didn't understand, like I had at other car dealerships just that week. She was incredibly knowledgeable and went over everything in painstaking detail, which I really needed. I have never owned or leased a new car and there is so much to to think about. I ended up not only being able to afford my most favorite car on the market but could include options I had no idea I could consider. My experience was 100% a joy and I am sooo grateful I ran into that Mini owner (who btw worked at a local Mazda dealership - ha!) After the closing, Darnell bent over backwards to get my car ready. She made time available for every phone call and responded to voicemails immediately. I could not recommend Darnell Caruso or Herb Chambers more. My experience last weekend was absolutely FANTASTIC! Mark Ravin and Matt Attleton do such a super job in service that I continue to bring my MINI to them from Concord NH for all services. They have genuine enthusiasm for their work, are extremely knowle service that I continue to bring my MINI to them from Concord NH for all services. They have genuine enthusiasm for their work, are extremely knowledgeable and make every effort to be helpful. I have never before come across such terrific staff in any service department I have dealt with. People, including my wife, ask me why I drive all the way to Boston! Mark and Matt are extremely thoughtful about the somewhat more cumbersome logistics of my trip and always come up with ways to make things go as smoothly as possible. I really appreciate their efforts and the good work the service department does and will of course continue to make the trip to Boston whenever necessary. More
I've had to come here a couple of times--regular service and problems that come up. Every time they are prompt and professional. The sales end is nor pushy. Granted, considering the product, a Mini-Cooper, it does speak well for itself. I've dealt with car sales persons and dealerships before. There is no comparison to the overall performance at Herb Chambers MINI. A great experience. I highly recommend. More
Had been thinking seriously about buying a Mini. Was looking online and finally stopped in at Herb Chambers Mini. The staff there was fantastic. The salespeople were very friendly and professional. Darnell was very knowledgeable about the different styles, models and options that were available and their overall value in regards to resale. After custom ordering my Mini, they were great about keeping me posted and it actually came in before expected. When I picked my Mini up Darnell went over every detail of the vehicle and its operation. Cleaned it, took the sticker off. Registered, inspected,gassed up,and ready to go! And driving it home on the Mass Pike was unbelievable. I would recommend both the product and the dealer to anyone who is considering buying a new or used car. More

We have been back for the one year service of both cars. Each visit leaves us impressed with the professionalism, cordiality, and eagerness of every staff member. When we are ready for new cars, we will definitely see Darnell! More
