Marcelo was very patient and answered all my questions. We went over options based on how much I wanted to pay per month and he made some good recommendations and gave us an honest perspective on some options I was considering. There was no hard sell and I didn't feel pressured to go beyond my set budget. Additionally, I didn't feel that I ended up with less than what I wanted. On the contrary, I got so many great features and a great looking car. After going over all our options and costs, Marcelo got us a great deal on our lease! My car was ready at the time Marcelo said it would be. When I picked up my car, it was waiting for me in the parking lot. It looked great! Marcelo went over all the features of the car, helped me set up my iPhone to the car computer, and gave me some tips on how to take care of my car for optimal performance on the road. I agree with other reviewers that good sales people are hard to find, but great sales people are a endangered species! Marcelo definitely falls in the latter.
